All of our products come with a 1 year warranty which covers defects in workmanship and materials. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear, or improper use.
Exchanges are only allowed on unused products within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Item must have absolutely no signs of wear or use, with all tags and papers attached.

Shipping is by FED-EX or USPS Ground Only. Shipping charges includes insurance. Due to federal shipping regulations orders with cartridges can only be shipped ground.
